Key Job Responsibilities
Drive implementation of all sales activities and programmes in line with our vision and mission to meet & exceed targets
Build a credible Sales Team by envisioning, training, engaging and enabling them.
Identify and develop opportunities to deliver outstanding results.
Identify & develop business building ideas that will improve business performance.
Qualifications & Experience
B Sc/HND in Marketing, Sales Management, or related course from an NUC recognized university. Minimum of five years selling experience of Which a minimum of two years must have been in managerial position, Must possess advanced skills in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and power point presentations.
Must have a proven record of heading a strong and successful team in a best practice environment selling FMCG.
Must be a self starter, able t.o work with little or no supervision and good team manager. Should have good influencing and persuading skills.
Not more than 32 years.
Must have a valid E class driving License.
